Q: How do I make an appointment?



A: Making an appointment is fast and easy. Call us at 877-761-TRUE (8783) or email us at trueheartcounseling@gmail.com and one of our staff members will be able to assist you. Remember, if you are emailing us, please indicate what type of services you are seeking and place your phone number in the body of your email. Please place your name and New Referral in the subject line of your email.

Q: What should I expect on my first visit to True Heart?



A: Because we pride ourselves on our customer service, you will feel a warm and welcoming environment as soon as you make contact with our office. You will be handled with care. Your first step is receiving your welcome email and completing necessary paperwork electronically. Your welcome email will also include the date and time of your assessment so our Doctors and Counselors can determine your needs, services and level of care. Please be sure to read your welcome email in its entirety and follow all of the instructions to complete the enrollment process. The enrollment process only consist of 3 electronic document. It's a quick and easy process.



Q: Do you take health insurance? 



A: We only accept Tricare Insurance. However, we do complete insurance reimbursement forms on your behalf.  Please contact your insurance provider for the appropriate forms.  You will find our fees to be low to accommodate all income levels. We do have a sliding scale fee for all clients meeting that criteria.



Q: How do I pay for services? 



A: Our office accepts payments via Venmo and Postal Money Orders. For security reasons, we do not take payments over the phone. We do not accept personal checks. Since we provide services for State and Federal Agencies, we will send them an billing invoice for any client services upon their request. Our Payment Method is list below:
